It's long over due, thought I would post up some info and pictures on my SEMA build from last year. It's now my daily driver.

No issues at all.

Did you get a baseline dyno before? I'm gonna go with a supercharger but I'm up in the air with the header.
I've found a graph of the supercharger alone, so I'd like to see how a set of headers affects the curve. Also the increase...
So it'd be nice to see what your truck made stock on that dyno and how it's curve ended up!

The engine is the 6.2L, that is the stock engine in the Denali. The wheels and tires info: Verde Custom Wheels - 24" Invictus, Toyo tires 305/35R24

I did not do a baseline dyno, was in a time crunch to get the engine work done before sending to paint. Not my first experience with superchargers, so didn't feel the need to get the baseline numbers. Magnuson wanted me to installed the 2.3l supercharger, but the 1.9l would fit also.

Again, not my first experience with supercharging a vehicle, my Camaro makes 776 rwhp. And i am on my third supercharger on that. ;-) With that said, I personally would not supercharge a vehicle and leave stock exhaust manifolds on the vehicle. It's all about moving air through the engine. If you try and push more air through the top end, and leave the restrictive exhaust manifolds on the back end, you will never get as much gains as possible from the supercharger. So, my formula has always been; cold air intake, supercharger, headers, and exhaust. I would make a case that exhaust isn't that important to swap out. It's a sound preference, unless you are getting rid of the cats. If you are going cat less, you will see a slight bump in HP.
