Some are OEM, and some may be replicas. Make sure you check when dealing on eBay.
Make sure you also consider freight costs, and sales tax. Sometimes, you are not charged tax, which makes up for freight costs.
The dealer will certainly charge tax.

Some states it's illegal to have the front tinted, so no vehicle comes with tinted glass from the factory.

I normally get the formula one tint on all of my cars but in this case, should I just get it on the front or do most people remove the factory tint and use the same brand on all of the windows?

The rear windows are not tinted from the factory. You can't remove it. The glass is actually grey colored. Just like all vehicles. You can tint the fronts to match.
