Did you contact the Lemon Law Attorney. Looks like it is the only way you are going to get anyone to help you. There is no cost to call and it varies from State to State on whether there is up front expense but I am pretty sure most get paid at the time of settlement. This can all be answered with a simple phone call. Google is your friend to look up Lemon Law and Attorneys who specialize in Lemon Law cases. Document everything and remember GM is not your friend and they are not on your side. You paid way too much money to put up with this crap. There are several members on this site that have been through this so don't hesitate to ask. You owe it to yourself, wife and kids.

i doubt service manager drove it outside of the lot. :-\

you need to be w/ them when driving.
maybe driving yourself, so you can ask them if they notice anything when you do.

I have a 16 Denali XL as well and as luck would have it on my side the only issue I have had is with the 4WD needed to be refreshed. It runs quite, and smooth and gets great milage. I have also towed a 7000lbs camper with it with no hic ups yet . I really hope you resolve your issues.
I do have something to say though other than this. Before I went to the big SUV ( had a Suburban before trading to the yukon) I owned a Montana SV6 . The Dealer I bought that from gave me such a run around about everything and anything warranty related I was ready to give up on GM . One of my friends said I should go and see his dealer ship to see if they would do anything for me.. boy I am glad I did . They repaired everything that I complained about with no hesitation and also went one step further and went looking for all other problems that would be covered under the warranty and repaired them as well.
Because of this I continuoisly return to that dealer for everything including the oil changes .They restored my faith in GM .
Maybe if you took it to another dealership they will treat you better. Probably not trade you into a new one but maybe help resolve the issues. Just saying

May I ask you, what you meant by your Denali XL needing it's 4wd to be "refreshed"???

They basically hooked the truck up to their computer and flashed (reprogrammed)one of the on board computers ,I think the BCM.... since then i have not had anymore issues with the 4WD system since.

Unfortunately I got hit by a car less driver who was backing out of a parking spot . Less than 5000miles and into the body shop it goes . Is a sad day.

For those wondering why I am posting every visit, email, call and supporting data... I want people to have a point of reference if this should happen to them.

I am LOYAL to Yukon and GM. I have driven them for 15 years and would never consider another brand. More importantly than any of that... I want GMC to realize through our feedback... they have a problem. We are loyal... but they need to treat us right when we have a problem!

Any update? I know GM does not have a legitimate fix for it, but were they able to improve or eliminate the pressure/buffeting issue? It sucks to have such a nice vehicle but not enjoyable to drive. I so wish GM would do something about this issue....no doubt they've lost me as a consumer for any future vehicles.

So I'm scheduled for service again this week. Vehicle still vibrating at low speeds with the 2 new Bridgestone tires. What upset me was this email response saying I would basically have to pay for a like size rental! I bought a Denali XL because we have a family of 7. What a joke!

I think someone posted this a few pages ago

You have to take control of this situation, not by being rude, but be firm and ask for exactly what you want

His tone to you in the email seems like you've been the nice guy a little too long

The service manager was the one he references in the email.

I forwarded the email to the GM Case manager telling them this is completely unacceptable. I didn't buy a $70K vehicle just to be charged for a rental while they complete warranty work.
