Fixed! Now flapper valve is broken. Dealer wanted $1700 for new exhaust. It’s always something. Maybe good excuse to go aftermarket.

Do you had DOD disabled? You could just clamp the flapper open

Yeah think I’m going to get a new Blackbear tune with AFM (DOD) disabled and either clamp it open or remove it and replace stock muffler with a Magnaflow one.
