Hello everyone, i have a 2016 Yukon slt and last week i started to hear this sound.

The sound appears when i accelerate at 1K RPM when stationary or driving, and sometime at 1.5K RPM but only while driving.
And i think i heard it on cold starts.

I filmed a video of the adaptive valve after the muffle but it had nothing to do with it.

Video of the sound ^

Is the video under the rig near the muffler? Is that where the noise is? What have you tried so far? Anything seem loose under there? Same noise in park or gear?

to me it sounds like a heat shield rattling, you might want to get under there with a rubber mallet and start tapping on anything aluminum, exhaust manifold covers, catalytic converters, transmission heat shield, and there is usually more along the the side of the drive line and back along the side of the gas tank and by the spare tire/exhaust.
if it is a cat you can have a muffler shop tack it back up with a weld
