You can buy the wheel... it's GM part #23217243 and there are several sources besides the dealer if you search.

Detroit Wheel and Tire is a good source for OEM refurbished at about 25-30% less than new.

Here's the search results for Yukons over there - not sure if those exact wheels are available but there are multiple pages of 22" options. Sometimes they offer an exchange credit. Probably more for your convenience than it is a good deal.
