I have encounter something similar with my 2016 Tahoe when driving in heavy rain.
Not nearly as bad as yours, but still had some random cels.
And I check the main harness for connectors where moisture could have leaked in and
try to seal them, electrical tape and or abit of silicone before I tape over a connector.
But please don't drive with your hazards on. if you have to pull to the right lane and slow down.
your state drivers manual, well Florida's at least, states when your pulled of the road and not driving,
fixing flat or broke down on the road. Illegal in Florida to drive with hazards on.
