2018 PPV/Spotlight removal help

Looking for advice on what is needed to remove the chrome bracket on the a pillar. I have the spotlight itself out. Appears to possibly be be a rivet. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would recommend that you take it to an emergency vehicle up-fitter who will have experience with the install and removal of that light. I did that with a Crown Vic that I bought for one of my kids and they were able to do the job quickly and make sure it was properly sealed to keep the water out.

In this case they are rivers. I used a 7/32" drill bit.
