First Post. Been lurking since 2019. I have a 2019 Tahoe LT. Love it as much as my previous 3 Suburbans. It has push button start, new battery changed 4 months ago. I try and start and dash lights come on briefly. 5 seconds of no dash lights everything comes on as if normal run sequence with the expected check engine light being illuminated. Gauges go thru their sweep and read as expected. Battery voltage 12.45v using a DVOM. Battery voltage does not vary during start attempts. Scan tools shows no DTCs.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Could be internal mode switch failure, especially if all your int accessories, radio and lights work. The IMS is in the transmission and communicates range position to the powertrain control module. Sometimes no codes will set/store if channel N (the IMS comm channel that sends the P/N position signal to the PCM upon key on).

I have the same concern, did battery, both cables, checked grounds, checked underhood block, found push button was fault, replaced ok, than customer tells me seat move at the same time as push button no start, recheck no seat move starts all time, so I told her for now no seat move until engine runs. 55$ for switch how this helps
