Anyone know if PPV wheels from a 2019 Tahoe PPV (spoke type) would fit my 2011 Tahoe PPV (8 hole)? Both 17 inch and the tires are the
same size, but my research says the offset is different.

I'd be willing to wager a couple mm of offset won't hurt a thing. I've run 2008 wheels on a 2017, and the same GM accessory wheels on both years without any problem.

You can also go to hubcaphaven.com

I could be wrong, but they should fit I put 2018 wheels on my 2003 (not ppv) but I don't think they changed anything until 2022, then they did for sure on the pickups.
if there are tpms sensors those may not work, you might have to buy new ones or swap them out.
others should chime in to verify or deny wheel compatibility.

Thanks! I found a deal on a mounted and balanced set with nice Goodyear's for less that four new Goodyear's.

On another note, what are you all running for fuel? It's flex fuel of course. My opinion has always been more octane is better, I also have ethanol free available here
in GA. All stock.

Years ago i bought factory take offs from a 2018 silverado and put them on my ‘03. they are exactly the same as my ppv rims just with different center caps. You will be fine.

Really i want to find some 2021+ ppv rims for my truck. They look so good when put on the earlier models.

It all comes down to cost vs benefit. I love running it in my non-flex 2008 Denali - approx 25 to 30% blend. If the math works out price per mile in the favor of Ethanol, I would run that personally
