Tires put on today but tint won’t be done until later (tint guy left early).

Here’s some pictures of the 2021 Z71 Tahoe with new BFG KO2 tires (stock size 275/60/20). Truck has air suspension so I took different photos at the lowest setting and the Normal setting.

It was rainy so not the best photos but hopefully this helps folks get a look at what to expect. I love the way they look on the Normal Drive height and they ride great!

Could you have gone up 285/60r20 pretty much 33.4” tall and just a little wider?

Waiting on my 22 with air suspension to come in. I want to go with the tko2 tire and slightly larger than stock. 285/60r20. Is it possible with out any rubbing? 33vs 33.5

With the oem wheel at full lock there’s about 1/2” of space between the rear of the front 33” tire and the lining. Without additional offset it will be really close but might be okay. You could always nip/tuck back there for additional room if the upsize is important.

How does the 33x12.5 r20 look? I have seen the ones with 22 but will the 20” rims work with no rub

Some sweet looking rigs in here! Picked up my RST Diesel yesterday. Looking at level and wheels/tires. Has anyone regretted going to an LT tire as opposed to the factory P rated tire? Wife will be pissed if her new fancy Tahoe ends up riding like my pickup. Was thinking 17x8.5 Method 316s with a 285/75-17 Toyo AT3.

Leveled today. For those looking to level, I installed a Motofab 1” strut extension. Anything more than 1” on these new Tahoe’s (at least the Z71) will put the front end higher than the back. This is within 1/8” of level per the dealership measurement. Have noticed no change in ride with the lower strut extension.

Look at my post from a page back. It’s 33x12.5 on 20s. It rubs for sure but it’s not the end of the world. I can probably trim more too.

Dude…that’s basically my exact setup I want. Method 316’s and toyo at3’s. I’m getting a suburban RST 6.2 but actually wanted the diesel (just had to switch due to supply constraints). Only small difference is I’m looking at 18” wheels with a level lift. I’m going to try 295/70/18’s which is a 34”x11.5 width. I’m hoping to stuff them in. Are you thinking level lift or stock height? There’s a guy that just posted on here at stock height and has 285/70/17’s

I’ll be doing the same tire size, perhaps 65 series, and stock GM 18’s…..a 1/4 spacer is all that I think will be needed to clear arms. Maybe some minor trimming, but with a 3.5” lift I doubt it. A level, I’m sure you will be trimming. Maybe more than you want.
