2021 Yukon Demo Mode, tried everything... I think.

New to me 2021 AT4. Every time I shut it off it's back into demo mode on the next start. I've tried holding the "end call" button for a long time, disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes, Is there anything else you guys have seen that may fix this?

Google search, YouTube states:go to settings, then system, then reset options, restart in safe mode, also read the prompts which states restart within first minute, hope this works for you

No "restart in safe mode" option on my system that I could find. I just reset everything back to factory... we'll see what happens I guess.

No dice... anyone else have any ideas? Spoke with OnStar, they told me to create user profiles and the truck would then save them. Didn't work.
