Having an interesting issue, started a few months ago. Audio sounds fine for a while after starting, but then the passenger door speaker starts to get distorted, seems to be most frequencies. Sounds just like a blown speaker. But if it was blown, wouldn't it sound bad immediately? When I first get in the car I can turn it up and everything sounds great. I reset the infotainment system today and it sounded fine for about 30 min, but then started up again. Anyone experience this?

I have not experienced this issue, but I believe that your head unit's amplifier is failing.

Wish I had a better answer, it just went away about a week ago. I can only assume that means it had something to do with my phone. There was just an iOS update, that may have done it.

I have the same issue. In the morning, sounds ok. By afternoon it sounds blown. Have had it in the dealership 3 times and they say they can’t hear it. I have no idea what it could be. My door chime even sounds “ fuzzy”

The stock speakers are pretty bad. I didn’t think so until I replaced them with “medium quality” aftermarket units. Night and day difference!
