FYI, looks like bulletin 22-NA-058 addresses some bugs in the area of this (specifically references Presets being removed -- maybe similar), update to software W162, I am going to dealer next week for some other stuff, going to ask them to do this update

Thank you so much for posting this. Since I have had my 22 Yukon Denali, it has been a rolling bucket of glitches. I only use 1 Google profile and 1 key. This was a main selling feature of the car but talk about a total POS. Abysmal speeds with the required data connection to have Navigation work and presets that adjust themselves. It has been no less than 6-8 times I have had to go back in and move things back around once I got stopped. Calling the dealer tomorrow to start on the list. Going to search the forum for a “clicking” sound when steering next, but if you have an answer for that as well, let me know!

Picked up my "22 SLT 3 weeks ago, my presets are moving too.
Any solutions yet?

I have a 2022 Denali and noticed one or two of my presets had moved. Discovered that the buttons are very sensitive. When I was selecting a station I was holding down too long and the radio was re-setting that "button" to the one that I was listening to. Now I just do a light tap and do not "hold" my finger on it. I have not seen any resorting on it's own but will keep an eye out for that.

Same is happening to me! The Grateful Dead channel is no longer preset #1…

I have yet to have any presets move...I probably have 6-7 set, and use 3-4 of them regularly. My software is at W163, per dealer update about 7 weeks ago.

Where can I find my software version?
Checked infotainment screens, couldn't find it.
This moving presets thing is driving me crazy.

Then scroll down to see the version info.

The 163 is the version number for mine, and is what is referred to in the TSB’s

Thanks for the info.
The good news is that I'm running 163.
Bad news is presets are moving & getting that temporary cutout of audio approx. 30 sec after start no matter which audio source is playing.
Gonna call the dealer this week, see what they have to say?

Im on 161 I think, it’s what came with the truck, and Ive always that quick audio cut out despite the source. I’d rather the audio just take another 10 seconds to load and not cut out at all. I see from your screenshot that your security update is from November ‘21? Mines still at August ‘21, I wonder what’s taking google/GM so long to push updates? You’d think OS security on cars/trucks would be pretty important…hell, even the actual OS is 2 versions behind (13 is just getting traction on pixels so I can’t fault it for not being on 13 yet..)
