I'm wondering how this thread differs from the existing Midlothian thread with the same goal? I think there is yet another thread, so mods should really delete this one.
There is no trending or conspiracy to discover. GM sucks at communication, there is plenty of evidence posted of dealers notifying customers that trucks are missing one (or more) chips that are model agnostic, and those chips will trickle in over the next 3-6 months. There is also plenty of evidence that the trucks come out of Midlothian randomly, and its entirely possible that GM themselves don't even know or have a plan as to what trucks are pulled for completion and shipping.
