When I was putting smoke vinyl on mine...and I might be wrong here...but it felt like it just snaps into place via clips. Do not quote me though.

Whats the back story here?

Edit: I think it just pops into place; no screws is what I mean.

Well, I had the body shop work on the bumper, painting it, few months back..then for some reason, when you look at the top portion of the bezel, it does seem to latch in but its flushed with the bumper...so I'm not sure if it's made that way or are there clips on the other end that's its supposed to latch on...

What's the verdict here? My wrap is starting to peal and I'd like to replace these with black bezel/trim pieces. Do they pop out from the front or do you have to remove the bumper?

I can take a pic of the back of my replacement ones, or you can look up the pieces on gmpartsdirect.com or another site to see where they clip in.

On a very quick, initial attempt at plying my factory bezels off, there wasn't an obvious place to get the trim-removal tool in behind the bezel anywhere -- but I'm pretty sure that, ultimately, you just have to wedge a tool in there and pop the clips.

I can certainly see breaking tabs if you're not careful. I'm waiting til hot weather so everything is more pliable before thinking about another attempt at removing them.
