Congrats on the new truck!

You should have the highest possible payload for a DMax build. What payload is shown on your door jamb sticker? The fleet order guide PDF shows 1581 pounds.
My sticker shows 1583

We have the same spec as you (except Summit White) on order - can't wait!

How did you go about blacking out the GMC logo? Also, could you take some more pictures to show the debadged tailgate?
I used vinyl wrap from Amazon and a heat gun. Sure I’ll post them later

Took delivery of our Yukon sle on 8-1-22 after a six month wait, and we love it. Already put 1000 miles on it getting an average of 25 mpg, big upgrade coming from a colorado zr2.
Only options are 4x4, Duramax, max tow package w/ 2 speed transfer case and front bench seat.
I debadged the truck and blacked out the GMC emblems on day one. Chrome delete, wheels and tires coming soon…
Lol - poverty. Slap a Denali grille on that thing and a set of 22" wheels, and no one will be any the wiser. Looks great! Congrats!

Poverty spec to me means hitting the new car lot to price out a new Denali and leaving with a 2002 with a brown door.

That's the great thing about the SLE trim level. It really contains a lot of features and doesn't look "too basic."

Unless that thing glows amber when lit; and perhaps even if it does, you may have modified the lighting of your vehicle to be an illegal configuration. You must have an amber light viewable from the side marking the front portion, and a red one marking the rear. You must also have amber and red reflectors on the side as well. I believe the marker you replace w/ white served dual purpose of both side marker light, and side marker reflector....

No such thing as a poverty spec for these cars imho. Congratulations on your new Rig. I'm sure you will enjoy it. This generation Tahoe-Yukon-Escalade are truly special.

Your right these aren't poverty spec, even bare bones models. They are a very nice rig and plenty of creature comforts built in at base level.
