Don't get me wrong, it looks super nice/cool...Not sure its enough of an upgrade for me to get off my 22 Denali 4WD w/ what amounts to the Reserve Package content right now.

It's not that big of an update, is it? Looks like the list is:
- Improved Sound system
- Improved Seats/Massage
- New Leather Trim Option (probably better quality leather)
- Super Cruise
- Greyed out Chrome
- Unique Wheels

Powertrains/mechanicals seem to be the same from this info.
Old Denali Ultimate Package was ~$10.5k on the base price.

So, Guessing this will be maybe $13-15k, so I think $90-92k range seems about right on the pricing, depending on how high the base price goes up for '23.

My wife won't let me even use the Adaptive Cruise in stop and go traffic to slow to a complete stop -- she is a firmware engineer...doesn't trust coders with her life! So Super Cruise not a big deal for me.
What's not clear to me is what exactly is part of the Denali Ultimate package and what part of this is part of an update for the Denali base trim.

My guess is the massage seats, umbra leather, Bose perf sound system, Denali Etching in the wood, Super Cruise, and Vader Chrome are all part of the Ultimate package.

To me, this seems like a significant update. So the question is will there be a mid cycle enhancement in 2024?
The '24 test mules are camouflaged on the front and back so that means new grilles/headlights/bumpers/etc. for '24. As far as interior improvements, there could be the addition of the '23 Silverado/Sierra 13.4" infotainment system but that will require a fair amount of dash retooling as they'll have to move the push button shifter somewhere else.

I'm all for the improved sound system, its amazing how lackluster the '22 Denali system is currently. I really wanted an Escalade for the sound and the better seats/massaging. If they didnt have a $25k market adjustment at the time, I would have grabbed one for those features.

I'll re-evaluate maybe next year, or after sitting in one in person to change my mind.

Super Cruise is really cool, but I don't think I want it or at least need it. Adaptive Cruise works perfectly for what I do.

I would like it because it would be nice to use when you're tired from a Sunday at the track and you want the car to more or less drive itself (with a trailer) on the interstates back home.

These are some nice final touches/upgrades; Mainly the improved sound system, seats/massage, and higher quality leather. It almost seems like GMC is trying to create the "Denali Ultimate" as it's own sub-brand? Which is fine I suppose.

Really digging the "Vapor Chrome" accents. Somewhat flattered even...;)
