2023 LS/New Tahoe Owner - Blackout / De-Chrome Tips

Brought home a White 2023 LS today. Bought for the wife but I’ll be the one tinkering. Any advice (or links) on starting the de-chrome / blackout process on the exterior?

Not a ton of chrome on the exterior but enough to get the blackout Stormtrooper look. Are the ‘21-‘22 emblems and parts interchangeable on the ‘23? Or is the LT & RST stuff interchangeable with her LS?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

No difference from '21 to '23. Body panels and such are all the same from LS all the way up the High Country. The grilles change a bit (cosmetically) on the different trim levels and then you have things like quad exhaust on higher trims. For the most part though an LS is surprisingly not much different than the higher trims. I think in previous generations the LS was a lot more stripped down but in the '21+ gen it's well equipped.

I too am in the same boat. A '23 LS with chrome bits that I would love to blackout. Wrapping was one idea. I didn't price the black OEM RST parts, so I don't know how to decide one way or the other. Have you considered Wrapping or are you set on replacing with the RST black parts?

I already posted in forum, chrome emblems are cut off easily with fishing line, the glue is cleaned with any body cleaner. And black stickers on Ebay in a huge assortment)))

Exterior wise, emblems def interchangeable. Other than that what else were you thinking of swapping?
