It's common for GM customer service to tell you your order has been "accepted." This doesn't mean that your order is getting ready for production. Status 1100 is technically an "accepted" order. What you want to hear from GM customer service is that your "order is moving toward the production process." At that point you've passed 1100 status and should have a build date soon.Today I chatted w Carlos at GM- he said my order has been accepted and provided a case number. Called dealer (who never called back re: LTZ package) and the first thing he says is, the LTZ package is on constraint. I told him GM said they have accepted my order. His system still showed 1100 and said to call back next week after Tuesday’s system update.
