I got frustrated when I finally had multiple chat sessions end with..."we aren't allowed to provide event codes anymore"...so I dug around online and stumbled across some random customer service number and was able to get a code that way. not advisable and probably not really likely these days...
Ford has an online tracking option and Ram does as well. The Ram one isn't 100% accurate, but it as least gives the customer an option to check on their order without bugging their sales rep
