Have a 2023 Z71 with over 40k and it's time for new tires. Not really looking to move up a size to 285 like others have on here. Any suggestions/pics for something similar to the goodyears? Was thinking either the Nitto recon or ridge grapplers or the BFG KO2s in the 275s...open to anything else as well.

I would go K02 if you can. I ran those on my Z71 suburban for 20 years and can't say enough about them. Great tires.

I put the same size 275/60/20 ko2’s on one of my trucks. Been good tires for the most part. Last winter they worked well. I will say, though, the wet road performance has been getting very sketchy…as in easily brake them loose taking off from stop lights, or hammering down to pass going 60+mph. They are wearing great and still have lots of tread… I think i only have about 15k miles on them. Im a little worried what this winter is gonna bring me lol. If they cant do a wet road, what is snowy roads gonna be like haaa.

ended up going with the KO2s...wanted to try out the Recon grapplers (lil over $200 less) but ran across several reviews that said they start to whine after you put a few thousand miles on them.

Looks good.

The ko2’s will start getting louder too haaaa. Not necessarily a whine, but they are audible no doubt.

My next set will be Coopers. I ran Coopers years ago on previous trucks, both an AT tire and HT. American company, made in America, by Americans... (Now owned by Goodyear, Mickey Thompson also under Goodyear now).

I hydroplaned a lot with cooper discoverer at4s or whatever they're called.

I picked up a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3W LT275/60/20 on a set of Trailboss rep rims. Plan on is to run them on my Trailboss for a little bit then put them on the Tahoe once the snow starts to fly.
