After talking to my dealer this morning about it. They stated that official production starts March 3rd. They're currently assigning allocations and I should find out by next week (Thursday) if my order has been picked up for the March 3rd build date.

I wonder if they will get rid of the you have to have every single option available in order to get a diesel requirement?

I was looking at a Denali but it’s $13,000+ more for the diesel over the 6.2 (in Canada) because you have to get the reserve package etc.

Edit: nevermind , still optioned to the hills.

It looks like you can’t get super cruise on the diesel.
It currently seems that way for the Tahoe/Suburban even in high country trim. On the GMC side of things super cruise is available with the diesel starting with the Denali trim on up.

On the Tahoe the diesel costs less.

From what I can tell. GMC Yukon diesels come with supercruise and you can't remove it. Chevy diesels you can't add supercruise. Also looks like Yukon AT4 diesel you are stuck with air ride. I don't like either of those options so maybe I am stuck with Tahoe. However, on Tahoe they make you take bucket rear seats and if you want heads up you have to get rear entertainment. I don't want either of those. Anyhow it depens on which trim your getting too. Just can't set it up the way I want so there will be compromise or forget the LZ0.

You are correct. I don't want RSE as it doesn't ever get used on the one I have. But I have no choice to get all the other things I do want. I really could live without supercruise, really but I want the ultimate and it just comes with the territory....
