2025 Yukon Illumination Package

Hey, my 25 Ultimate finally showed up to the dealership and picking up next week.

I was told they have the parts to do the illumination kit (door sills, grille, tailgate, puddle lights) but that there's a software bug with the '25 that these do not work right now.

Has any one else encountered this or is there any TSB for this issue?

I have a 2025 Denali. I purchased the door sill illumination package direct from GMC and had them install.
Upon picking up from the dealer, they told me there’s a TSB or something that states these lights are not currently working with ‘25s. This was early January. I’ve called several times to check on it. Every time I talk to someone, they seem clueless and offer to refund me the purchase price if I want them removed.
I can’t believe GMC is selling parts that aren’t working! Including installation, I spent like $750. And they don’t work.

I purchased the illuminated emblem and installed it myself. It works. The instructions on the plug location isn’t an option, but I found another location to plug.

Has anyone heard an update on this? I’ve heard about a TSB on the issue but haven’t heard if it’s been fixed.

I know our ‘25 Tahoe High Country we picked up in late February has the illumination package installed and it works fine.
