I'm lowered 3" all the way around. In my opinion 3" isn't too harsh. At 2.5" it rides closer to stock.

I did a muffler delete... sounds incredible!

Just put a pipe in instead of the muffler? Which diameter did you use? And what length did you use?

Just installed the Borla cat back on my Z71 today, large angled dual tips come out of the passenger side rear. Definitely sounds better than expected at idle, normal throttle and full throttle. I’ll try to get a video and pics up as soon as the weather is better.

For the Duramax engine, what are the exhaust choices there? Not really looking for performance more about sounds improvement. Haven’t bought yet, but leaning towards the diesel…really trying decide if I order the Escalade or Denali…keep going back and forth.

anyhow any education on diesel exhaust systems would be great…

Alright so it’s my turn…

Got the Borla S Type on my RST and I’ll be honest it’s a lil louder than expected. Maybe I’m old but glad I didn’t get the ATAK muffler.
