22" without a doubt if you want to keep ride quality. Especially if you are going to lower it even further.

24" and up...nah... too flashy for me. I don't want my car to be a target in the parking lot just because I have ridiculously huge rims.

Me personally, I prefer 18"-20" with some big off road tires.
