so i was snooping around at the junkyard the other day and i came across a 98 suburban 2500 with the the rear end gone but the leaves were still on it, and they would be really easy to take off, my question is do the 2500 springs bolt right up to 1500s? i know they are taller and definitley thicker so they probably run a little stiffer and i want them lol

IIRC the suburban springs were longer but i could be wrong. take some measurements and pictures of your and compare to the other spring pack.

if they don't fit you should be able to take them back as well. (or atleast you can at the Indy pic-a-part)

If they don't fit you could pull the packs apart and use whatever leafs you want and get the total lift you want without having to order a new leaf pack like a Deaver or such

old thread sorry lol, but yeah thats a good idea, for some reason i never thought of that, i got 3 inch blocks now but they will come in handy when i wanna go taller, or maybe i will switch out the blocks for more leaves, if they can get tall enough, by the way that 2500 suburban is still sitting there haha so this is still possible
