My 09 2500 4x4 suburban leans towards the drivers side, gets worse with full tank of fuel. Whats the best way to fix this?

Research "Chevy lean"

Lots of discussion out there. The 2500s are leaf spring rear suspension right?

But I assume the fronts are still coil over struts like a 1500... right?

Well in that case a few turns of the torsion bar adjustment bolt on the front should take care of it.

You could lift the drivers side or lower the passenger side either one.

I would park on a level surface and measure from the ground to the fender lip at each corner to see how far off it is then make the adjustment and measure again.

Once your happy with the out come I would take it in and have the front end alignment checked.
