Yeah I came and joined over here also. Thanks for the compliment! It rides fine unless I hit a pretty good bump. That could be due to limited axle travel though. I need to see how much travel I actually have.

May want to try changing shocks to shorter drop shocks considering how low you are sitting! That will smooth up the ride along with the DJM free travel.

Free travel mod requires a plasma cutter or maybe you could use a cutting wheel to cut off the bumpstop brackets.

I do have drop shocks.... I checked the rearend and there is only maybe 2" until it hits the bumpstops so that is more or likely the reason for the rough riding in the rear. I'm going to cut the old bumpstops out and put in some shorter ones.

I just did this last weekend and man what a difference, I wish I had bucked up and done it six months ago. You don't "need" a plasma cutter but it would be easy if you had one. I used a 5'' cutting wheel on the front of the brackets and a sawzall on the inside of the brackets. The driver's side get's a smidge sketchy due to the proximity of the gas tank but nothing taking your time can't overcome. It's a 30-60min job. I cut the front of the brackets with the cutting wheel then bent the bracket down with a pry bar and got the back side with the sawzall. I suggest you take your rear coils out so you don't have to worry about hacking them. If you do have a plasma cutter handy or access to one it will take longer to get the wheels off then it will to cut the brackets. No one around me had one and the one guy that did wanted $65 to do a 15min job....******.

Thanks for the link. I do have a question for you. Do you (or anybody else) have any pictures of the rear sway bar end link setup. For some reason the end link on the passsenger side doesn't bend out far enough so I can't bolt it up. I've been in the process of emailing DJM and it seems as if I'm getting a run around!

I have the DJM 3/5 kit on my yukon. After a while the suspension settled and i have about a 4.75" drop out back and 2.75 up front. As far as the links go, I still have mine sitting in my tool cart at work. I'm running the stock links on mine. I also waited on the free travel mod and regret it.
