I have the DJM 3/5 kit on my yukon. After a while the suspension settled and i have about a 4.75" drop out back and 2.75 up front. As far as the links go, I still have mine sitting in my tool cart at work. I'm running the stock links on mine. I also waited on the free travel mod and regret it.

Is there any way possible that you might be able to look at your link and tell me if it is the same as mine and maybe some general dimensions? I really do think I have the wrong one. What is the point of even having them if you can run the stock links?

It shifts the sway out of the way of the panhard bar. The pan hard will hit it on the right side and if youre low enough to max out it will hang up and leave the right side of the truck sitting higher than the left.

Had to toss my whole rear sway when we were running airbags on the stock GM suspension. Mainy because of panhard clearance issues.

Ok so I'm sitting here waiting to get an alignment & the guy doing it says that he is running out of thread for the tie rod. Really?!? I'm sure many people have used this kit & I've never heard anybody run into this issue. Either I've missed something, he doesn't know what he is talking about, or I just have bad luck!!

Diddnt have that problem with my alighnmet. I did the first alighnment after the drop and the only issues i had was i adjusted the camber max negative and was still positve, although it was in spec so i diddnt trip that hard. Then the tire shop that sold me my wheels did an alighnment ( for free) after the wheels, and they diddnt mention anything about the tie rod running out. Just wondering, what made you go with the djm drop and not a spindle drop if you have 24's to put on?

Well at first he said he couldn't do it b/c of the tie rod angle then he said he was running out of threads on the tie rods. He ended up getting it done but there is no warranty due to the tie rod angle I guess.

I got a decent deal on this kit that is why I went with it...also I can use my stock rims if need be (unlike the spindle kits). Do you not like the DJM drop and why would wheel size matter?? I was excited to get to put my wheels on after the alignment and the things won't fit (the center bore is too small) so I have to send them off to get fixed. (good thing I didn't have drop spindles! haha)

I figured out the rear sway bar end link. There is suppose to be a bushing that fits in the middle of the bracket and the end link goes on the out side of the bracket. In the instructions it shows it in the bracket but I was searching around the net and found some installation pictures that somebody else did.

The reasong I went DJM was because i was still running stock 16" wheels at the time. With a spindle drop, you have to run at least a 17" wheel. I would rather go with a spindle drop, but thats me personally. Most people go with a spindle drop and not c-arms, but have bigger rims already.Thats why i asked. What kind of deal did you get on the kit?

I got the kit for a little over $500 with all 4 drop shocks. The kit was used but didn't have much use on it so I figured why not. I don't really have any complaints so far. I probably won't buy anything else from them though b/c their tech and installation instructions are horrible. I can still add some spindles if I want to drop it lower which is something I would like to do eventually.

I'm not using them. My swaybar is disconnected, it rides smoother and doesn't swerve on turns either..

Alright well here is the final product:

I have something that sounds like it''s loose somewhere. I checked all of my bolts to make sure they were tight and they were, so I don't know where it's coming from??:confused::confused:
