Im about to put my 24s on my yukon(05 slt) as soon as i get a new set of tires for em. But later down the road i wanna get a 3/5 drop, but what profile would be the best to not rub. The rims are aluminum, so i would like some kind of rubber on them so they wont bend as easy if i was to hit a pothole or something. Also, what kit and/or parts would yall recommend for a 3/5, that will also stay within a reasonable price. I been looking at this one http://www.stylintrucks.com/parts/3-qt--fs-5-qt-_lowering_kit/550/djmsuspensiondjmk200035-.aspx. What do yall think?

And what do I need to get so it wont bottom out?

Get with Tony(NorcalSS) for the kit. He has all the info and pricing you need for a good 3/5 kit.

From what I've read, 295s should give you no problems and 305s may give you rubbing in a few places with a 3/5 drop.

I quote for truthness!! I would get a 9.5" rim with proper offset (mine are +35mm and they tuck)

my kit will ride better and comes with everything you need
http://www.tbssowners.com/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=88

you will also need to do this
http://www.djmsuspension.com/Articles new/FreeTravel.html'

also that stylinconcepts doenst include shocks which are needed and uses the djm 8 inch blue coils which ride horrible.

Call mike at djm tell him your talking to tony the trailblazer guy about a kit ill let djm do the talking for me.
