3" Body Lift Removal

Hey everyone, i just had two quick questions. I am removing the body lift kit on my 96 tahoe and wondered what the stock body bolt size and length was. I also wondered if body kits usually came with a steering rod extension as I can't remember. Looks like there might be one on there.

btw, im doing an solid axle swap and will be using lifted springs and dn't want or need the boost from the body kit anymore ( in case anyone cared)

rad support mount is BOLT RAD SUPT,(M12X1.75X115)

All others are the same as each other but different then above. length is unlisted but still m12x1.75 so get the old one out and get ones that are 3" shorter. And remove the steering extension if used.

good thinking on the other bolts being 3" shorter hah and thanks for the width/pitch. ya ill start a thread when im done, may be a while still need to regear the d44 im using. i bought my kit for the swap from offroad design in colorado. they have been helpful and reasonable on the budget.

Defiantly make a thread when it's swapped. I'm starting to plan mine out and collecting parts. Mine will be D60/14FF combo with some 37's. Not much taller than it sits now, maybe like a few inches.

So how hard is itbto instal the body lift. I have a 3 inch body lift alot of stuff in it but i am kinda intiminated with doin it. Mine is brand new n i payed about $170ish on ebay if i remember right

A documentary of it would be awesome I want to remove my 3" BL eventually and go with a 6" suspension. I always wonder about how hard it will be to remove the lift. Haha
