dunno how much diff there is between Tahoe's and Yukon (Denali) there are.

When I had my muffler removed in favor of some...POS's and it setup true duel, the exhaust guy was complaining about how there was no room to run duels.
Anyways, after talking it over, he finnaly went to work and stuffed 2 2.5" piped over the rear axle exiting in stock location.

Once it was installed and I took a peek, with the thought of a drop kit. I just don't see how it will fit with out the axle tube and exhaust pipe hitting..

But my question is, do any of you guys with large aftermarket cat-backs have any problems with the pipe or pipes hitting rear axle?
What kind of clearance's do you guys have?
I was thinking doing a 2/3 or maybe 4/3 on OEM rep 22's...

DAm I hope not. I have a Flowmaster Cat-back System - Dual Side Exit. I just added the MCG 3" springs in the rear. I didn't even pay attention to the exhaust clearance. I have not driven yet due to still need to install the Front spindles...

I have a 3" corsa sport cat-back with 5.5 drop...zero issues.

I did test out some springs a while back to get a 6.25 drop or so & it would hit only on bumps.

BTW, true duals on our trucks are waaaay to much. A good 3" system is plenty for 99% of us.

ok, so I will have no clearance issues...
Aye, the exhaust was a impulse thing.
Lost some bottom end but gained ALOT of mid and topend.

Well, you have 2 pipes running through there...it'll be tight but iff you're running a ~3" drop out back probably will be just fine.

My magnaflow didn't clear and the corsa would have probably hit so I didn't risk it. Ended up with a single 3" over the axle a buddy's shop welded up for me that sits about 1/2" from the axle when the passenger side is at full stuff. Shit is tight under there if you want a big pipe take it to a muffler shop for the best fitment.
