3157 LEDs for DRLs?

i use autoluminations dual circuit 3157. No need for resistors, Had mine over a year now and both still work fine.

I have some cone shaped 14 led 3157s from ebay a year ago and they still work fine. I didn't have to use resistors either. Plug and play.

Another question. Does anyone have cool white LED turn signals? I know it is legal for the front blinker, but not for the side marker, at least here in Texas it is. I doubt you would fail an inspection because of it, but I just watched a video of a Tahoe on YouTube and he had white signals up front and it didn't look too bad. Does anyone here have any or has seen some in person and what is your take on them?

I would do it but don't think it's legal. Sidemarker can be white but you still need the amber reflector.

Sumo, I'm thinkin about getting the switchbacks. So, when you have the lights off, do they just go amber- blank-amber, blank? And with the lights on, amber, white, amber, white?
