Could be both if the tire is big enough. I would just go with the 35. Cheaper, fits better, and less stress on everything.

Not sure on the brand, but aftermarket 16x8 rims. The 285's I have stick out like 1/2" from the fenderwell.
Edit: Also, from my googling it sounds like the 37" MTR measures out to a 36" true height. FYI
Im running 6" lift with 35" grapplers and they rub with the fenders trimmed. Id say your gonna need atleast a 6" lift plus leveling kit and spacers or body lift to fit 37's. Not to mention gears.
