Mine when out on the 04 Suburban and I bought a new one off Amazon for 30 bucks shipped. I thought it was well worth not having to mess with a "non-serviceable" part as the local stealership put it.

Funny, I just found out mine's out too. I ordered the Dorman one on Amazon and chipped in the extra $3.70 or whatever for the square trade 4 year warranty if it happens to fail again.
