3rd brake light

I searched on here and found that there is a fuse for the third brake light. I found the spot for the fuse but it was empty. I put a fuse in it and have 12v at the fuse but not at the connecter for the 3rd brake light. Is there something in between or am I looking at a broken wire somewhere? Thanks for any help.

Yea, the wiring and then a good ground at the third brake light.

Does anybody have the diagram for the wiring to the 3rd brake light?
