3rd row seats stopped working?

As title says. 2021 Denali 14,000 miles. One day rear seats worked fine. Next day started acting strange. Left side went down very slowly wouldn’t raise. Right side completely dead.

Anyone had this issue? Obviously I’ll take it to dealer. I just always like to know if any of you have had the issue and solved. The dealers need all the help they can get.

Can you hear the motors trying to move the seat? Maybe something rolled under the seat and stopped the mechanism. There might be a fuse for those motors.
