4 wheel drive problem

The guy at NAPA called the company tech line and they said the module can send too much voltage to the switch and burn it out, both new switches only lasted a week or so and I only used the switches long enough to see if they worked. I guess I need to call NAPA again. I'll try holding a button down when I start it, still no lights at the switch after the car starts.

Talked to a local shop about scanning it and he said they never use aftermarket switches. Dealer wants $135 for one, holy cow, if it works I guess it's worth it

looks like the new oem one's are getting scarce they used to be about $65 new
here is a good used one with 90days warranty

I ordered a new OEM switch online $95 shipped, not taking any chances with used or $29.95 Amazon specials.
