Found this video series showing the year differences, common problems, and a full rebuild of a 2004 4L60E transmission. He also notes the differences between the 60, and the 65E. Right now the series is only about 95% complete, but you can still watch what is done, and learn quite a bit about the transmissions in our trucks!
