PCM of NC and Speartech have really nice 4L60E to 4L80E harness adapters.
Yeah, PCM of NC has the relay harness that let's you run the 60e programming. I'm using the 2 wire harness from Speartech. They are well made and plug and play but the PCM of NC would have been a better option for me running EFI live tuning but I was leary of the relay failing...hindsight 20/20...

I’m reading that the truck will drive without a tune with the PCM of NC harness, but the shifts are very hard. The only way to fix the hard shifts and clear the codes are with a HPtuner. If I have to buy the tuner, then I’d probably try to repin the harness myself first. Are there anymore benefits with the PCM of NC harness?

The big benefit of the PCM of NC harness is the ability to run on the stock 60e tune with minimal tuning.

If I had hp tuners I would repin the harness or use the Speartech harness. Repinning and adding the front sensor harness would be the cheapest route.
