Went out to the pit yesterday and got out to some sand so I put it in 4wd it clicked in but no power was going to the front wheels. Tried 4 low and felt it gear up but still no power to the front wheels. Also tried to engage when in neutral, and tried to back up with it engaged. I have the push button system and the light blinks and stays orange like it is supposed to. Anyone have this problem? I was thinking maybe front differential?

If you're getting the tcase to shift from high to low, you know you have power to the switch, and that the switch is likely good. Likely. :) Check the electrical connections on the front diff. They're on the passenger side of the diff- pretty easy to get to. Just unplug everything, wipe everything clean, plug everything back in. Should be only 1 connection, IIRC, but don't take my word.

While you're down there, swap out the oil in it too. You'll need a couple quarts of 80-90, no gaskets, no nothing. It is super easy- the plugs are on the driver's side of the diff, and are easy to get to with end wrenches. The front diff's gears turn with the front wheels, even if there's no power to the front diff, so that gear oil needs the same attention that your rear diff needs. Yay for hubs that don't unlock....
