5.3 or 6.0?

Hello what is the biggest engine that i can put in my 2007 chevy Tahoe 4x4. I have a 5.3 flex fuel with AFM deactivation as a feature. i was thinking ????? But not sure.... that it would work with the 2007 computer.. need some help

LS engines share the same exterior dimensions for the most part. That L99 uses the same computer as your Gen IV truck engine. Only the programming will be different. I would look for an L9H which offers slightly more power for about half the cost and lacks AFM.
