What parts are you using now?

How low is the drop you are sporting now?

Are you worried about the front axles?

Hopefully you never have to drive up an incline that's more than a 1 percent grade from level ground.

max are you going to notch it? i think im gonna go a bit lower with a 9 inch spring.
Yeah you have to notch for anything over 6". I'll buy another obs to bag if this isn't low enough, roads are too ****** around here and I already scrape my bumper on everything.

Only thing I'm changing is the rear suspension, just decranking the keys a bit to match the rear once it settles. Current drop is 5/5, I'm not too worried about cv angles I've seen much worse on lifted trucks. Sits pretty low now I just want the fenders to sit on the tires or tuck a little.

Be sure to get pics when you do those 9" and the notch, I may have to procure some of those gussets from you they sound pretty burly and would save me some time.

Bilsteins are the same length as my previous BE5-6500-H0 but the integrated bumpstops made an immediate improvement in ride quality. I have yet to install the z71 bumpstops but it corners much smoother. I'll try to get the rear shocks in next week but I have a feeling the 10" qa1 springs aren't gonna get me low enough. I also have an idea how to build an adjustable panhard with some DOM cut in half so I can run the brake line through the center. I feel locating the axle will be the most difficult aspect of the rear suspension tho I have access to enough aftermarket track bars to figure something out. I'm ordering the djm hardware kit tuesday just to be sure the pinion angle is kosher and my driveshaft doesn't protrude too far into the tcase.

Tahoe or tbss? You think the tbss adjustable panhard would work on these trucks or should I just build one?
