Thanks man.....also might be a dumb question, but i am bout to install your custom 5305s and what i need to know is does the more closed end of the coil go up or down?
I have a 2000 tahoe LT 4wd, i just installed my custom 5305s plus one inch. I am looking for some advice. This is my first drop! I love this ISH.....and this forum. This is my set up thus far.
Front: 2" drop spindles, belltech sp shocks, new left and right OEM upper and lower control arms, and new MOOG end links.
Rear: Tony's custom 5305 3" drop coils, belltech sp shocks, djm endlinks and bump stops.
Tires and Rims: 305/40/22 with chrome 7 spoke 22" Epics. I am painting the rims black soon. I NEED CENTER CAPS. All of my research is telling me they are discontinued. I found 1 on ebay for $45. I have 1 that is cracked, i just need 4.
The ride still seems a bit harsh. I am lost now. I thought ive done everything right for a smooth ride. I am going to torque my torsion bar to make the front level with the rear. Although i do like the rake. I was thinking it might help with the ride also. Any advice and insight my Brothers is most welcome. Thanks in advance Rob

I forgot to add shock extender also
I did cut for free travel. I did not know only 30 lbs torque, but i tightened enough to still spin the bolt. I will check and adjust the torque tho. I will also measure and get back with you. Thanks very much for the info. Also the bump stops are 1.5inches.....there is plent of space....like 3 to 4 inches.
