yea i have 35's. not sure why the P/O would have regeared your truck for tires that fit without a lift. you'll want 4.56's or 4.88's with the 35's.

I'm running 315/70R17 (34.3") with a 6" Rough Country suspension lift and 4.56 gears. Its a great combination, performs really well. I will be going with true 35's when I replace the AT's with mud tires in the fall. I don't expect to see much, if any, difference in performance with the slight increase in tire size. 35's are the largest I will go without a SAS which I doubt I will ever do.
