6L80 P0700/P0711 2019 Suburban 5.3

Alright guys just need to some advice here,
I have a 2019 Suburban 5.3/6L80 combo
I’m getting the P0711 code which with my scanner said temp sensor out of range. Code showed before a drain and refill new filter.

Now the problem with this is my transmission doesn’t shift weird or slip. The red square around the (D) does disappear and if I go from (D) to (R) and back to (D) it acts like it won’t move unless I put it back into (L1) then back to (D) and the it drives perfect. And also if I shit the truck off for 5 minutes and back on the issue goes away for a bit. The temperatures on the dash does vary from 142 degrees all the way to 211 then it triggers the P0711.
I know that for sure is a temp sensor because my cooler and fluid is clean and flows properly (checked flow during the drain/refill)

Now I’ve had nothing but trouble with research because for this code it just shows the 8L90 trans with this issue and it’s usually the easy to replace wire harness. But the 6L80 everything is in the TECHM unit. And the temp sensor is sealed in the TCM.
I’m very tech savvy and mechanically inclined so would swapping out TCM only fix this issue or should I go ahead and swap out the TECHM also with a new TCM? I know the temp and speed sensors in these 6L80’s can cause the transmission to do some wonky stuff when it throws the code.

TECHM = TCM: they are not two separate modules...

Yes, you'll need to order a new TEHCM (transmission electronic hydraulic control module) to resolve P0711. You can call a GM dealership, ask for parts then give the last 8 digits of your VIN so they can order a direct replacement. They should be bolt-on and go such that no fast adapt relearn is required. If you purchase a reman TECHM from Sonnax, Street Smart or someone else, you'll need to determine if they will 'fast adapt' it for you or if that's something you'll need to do upon installation...

Also check the six VB/TEHCM to case fasteners that hold that entire control body assembly in place...You may need Snap On 10EPL socket if they are star-shaped or if they are conventional than 8mm socket will work..The TEHCM to valve body bolts receive 71 inch lbs of torque as do the TEHCM/VB assembly to case bolts.
