7 pin connecter for trailer problems

hey everyone im new to the forum i have 2003 tahoe z71 .. im going on a long trip this friday and my trailer lights arent working. now already know that the problem is in my truck i already connected the trailer to another tahoe and it worked. the problem is when i plug in the trailer and i put the emergency lights the liscence plate lights start to flash and the trailer lights dont turn on any suggestions?

Check the pinouts for the connection at bumper.....green is left blink, brown right, yellow running, white ground.....something to that effect, i think its labeled as to what pin is what on the plastic cover of the connector on truck if not google and see what they are... all standard now

i already checked the grounds i removed it and sanded it out and put it back on and it is still doing the same thing

That 7pin connecter plugs in from the back , id takes it all apart and clean it all up first, things corrode over time, stuff maybe loose, corroded...etc

i have a pin from the junyard im probably going to change them and hopefully that does the trick
