Sounds like a good idea to me, Didnt your dad buy you the tahoe? If so take your winnings and run. Enjoy the tahoe stock for now and just bank some money away. Always have to be prepared, Money in the bank for that sudden rear end failure, or transmission failure, etc.

Are you paying insurance yourself? $900 could almost pay it off for the year. What i do every year is take out a loan with my bank, for $1600 and pay my insurance in full off the bat, Then the payments for my 12 month loan end up being cheaper than my actual insurance payments. And in this process im actually building credit up. Without credit you cant do anything Imo.

I would do a few of the following: Tint it out, exhaust, lower it, BB tune, exhaust w/ CAI, Viper alarm before stereo

can someone enlighten me on this corvette servo and BB tune business? lol
and ive kinda been looking at 2 single chambers dumped (found a guy that can do parts/labor for 200), a tint and CAI
but i need some adivce from smart individuals that are on this forum
