92 to 99 steering wheel swap

I have a 92 2500 suburban, my favorite steering wheel as far as feel goes is the 99 and up ( i believe ). I want to install a 99 steering wheel in its place, is that do-able?

if the shaft spline dimensions and wheel mounting specifications are the same or offer better clearance then yes.

No the shaft is different on the 95-02 and 03+.

Just about any GM from the 60s up to 94 will work on your 92. There are a ton of other factory steering wheels and aftermarket that will work on your truck.
